Team A: Acquires Justin Jefferson and Tyler Boyd (immediately to waivers)

Team B: Acquires Davante Adams and Chase Brown

Neither of these teams are mine but this trade was just put through. Thoughts on the deal? Team A is 7-2 and has Saquon, Montgomery, Hunt and Rachaad White so they aren’t exactly missing out. Jefferson puts them over the top as the clear championship leader at this point. Team B sucks and is last in the league. My initial thought is to veto it

It's not blatantly unfair although you'd think one of the pieces going to Team B would be a higher tier player. Is Team B going to play Brown every week now?

I’ve somehow managed to be first in points scored and points against in my league. We are through eleven weeks. I should not still be worried about the playoffs. Would love to not play against a top three team every week this season.

Somehow I've wound up with theses guys on a bunch of my teams and with BYEs and injuries have to a couple this week. But I don't think I wanna start the same ones in every league cause then it's pretty much guarantee whoever I sit will go off  .

So my question is how would you rank these guys for this week in both PPR and non-PPR:

Michael Pittman Jr.
Jordan Addison
Cedric Tillman
Quentin Johnston*

*only have him in PPR

After starting out 1-5, I have surged to 6-6. hopefully I can squeeze into the playoffs..

Side note, how do you guys deal with inactive/lack of interest players in your league? I picked up a ‘free’ win this week because my opponent left 4 Falcon players in his starting lineup. I don’t think he’s been active since week 3 truthfully.

Two weeks in a row and Laporta has been terrible in fantasy.

Gonna go with Brock Bowers for week 3, dude balled out against the Ravens yesterday.

Interesting looking back at old posts.. Hope you kept Bowers in your lineup! Can’t believe I could’ve had him with my very last pick but went with someone else instead

Sat Addison in all 3 leagues. (won 2 of them though and probably won't make a difference in the one I'm going to lose.)

I'm not sure. On one hand it's not the commish's place to set the person's lineup and if you do for fairness? Like who do you decide who to start/bench if it's not obvious? Go based on sites projections? And what if they need to pick up players to fill in for BYEs/injuries? But on the other hand, could have teams competing for a playoff spot get free wins.

ESPN has a setting to put a team on auto, which means the AI will set lineups and even make drop and adds. That seems like the best bet. But I'm not sure if yahoo and other sites offer that.

I am a very happy fantasy owner of Brock Bowers

I had either the choice of him or Pat Freiermuth with my last pick, and I went with the experienced play. Not that it's done me any harm, I dropped PF for Jonnu Smith during week 11 and it's been three-straight 20+ points each week.

TE's have been so volatile this season

Been a very interesting season in my main 12 team league. I’m 1st in scoring and 3rd in points against. Started the season 2-5 with some bad matchup luck, have now run off 6 straight wins to climb to 8-5.

QB: Burrow, Stafford
RB: Gibbs, Robinson Jr, Harris, Etienne
WR: Higgins, J Reed, Jameson Williams, Shakir, Tillman, Robinson
TE: Kraft. LaPorta
D: Minnesota
K: McManus

On a related note been a crazy year for Tee Higgins. Top 5 in fantasy points/game most formats, and around 30th in total fantasy points most formats with all the games he missed due to injuries.

Will be interesting to see if the Bengals can afford to retain him. Some other team will offer him a huge payday.

The last place team that’s been mostly inactive all season (and eliminated from playoff contention) picked up Guerendo today.

I might be sour grapes, but this is absolute BS

I have the following in PPR this week and need to start 1 WR and 2 FLEX and I'm tearing my hair out over it? How would you rank them?:

Adam Thielen
Jordan Addison
Rachaad White*
Braelon Allen*
Patrick Taylor Jr. (assuming Guerendo is out)

*I have White on this list assuming Irving plays, if he's out then I'm 100% starting White in one slot. I also have Breece Hall who seems unlikely to play, who if he does is another must start, which then makes my decision just Thielen vs. Addison.

Totally lucked my way into the fantasy football finals this week against a guy who went 13-1 in the regular season(and I was somehow his 1 loss too.) I say lucked into it because I don’t follow thd NFL at all and only scored the 7th most points in the league this year but went 10-4 with a negative point differential. My finals opponent has had a bit of a rough start thanks to the Texans getting killed, but his big guns(Barkley, Chase, Burrow) haven’t played yet. I say all this because I desperately need some help so I can shit talk the entire offseason.

My WR options are Tyreek Hill, Harrison Jr., Jakobi Meyers, Adam Thielen, Jayden Green. Which two of those would you start in a full PPR league? I currently have Hill and Meyers in.

In my consolation game, so far I’m winning.

But, this year I had straight out BUM’s on my team.

Deebo Samuel - trash
Sam LaPorta - trash
Justin Tucker - inconsistent
Tee Higgins - not always available

Got duds today from Shakir, Achane, and Blackshear (desperation start due to injuries), even after being gifted a -4 from my opponents defense and a James Conner early exit. Feels bad man.

Down by 50, only chance l have left is for Goff, Laporta, and McLaurin to go off. And for Goff to ignore St. Brown, who my opponent has.

In a fourth/fifth place matchup with Hubbard, Montgomery and others out for the season. Thinking of just dropping my entire team and gifting the win for fourth place to my opponent for the last hurrah

I'm over fantasy this year - which is a good thing. Last year I got caught up WAY to much into every little detail and tidbit from ESPN and every other amateur youtuber out there. Made me last in my league since I swung early on promising rookies. This year, stuck with the experienced players hand it worked out well.

Won my 12 team TD league playoffs (6 pts for QB passing) and finished with the highest scoring team for the season.

Final game was nuts. I started off Saturday with 7 TDs from Burrow/Higgins, vs 4 TDs for Jackson/Hunt, then opponent got five TDs from Cook/DSmith/Mims and more kicker points than me. Leaving me needing Gibbs/LaPorta/Williams to outscore Kittle by 3 TDs last night. Ended up with four TDs from the squad to none for Kittle. Final championship game was the 2nd highest scoring total in our league this season vs the 5th highest score.

1-6: QB Burrow (top scoring QB (and player) in our format, home run MVP pick)
2-19: RB Gibbs (tied for 2nd highest scoring RB)
3-30: RB Etienne (total bust of a pick)
4-43: TE LaPorta (started season slow but picked it up, 4th in TE scoring)
5-54: WR Higgins (amazing when healthy, finished 4th with 10 TD, finished 2nd in per game scoring average behind Chase)
6-67: WR J Reed (didn't get a ton of yards, but racked up 7 TD for 18th among WR)
7-78: RB Harris (only 5 TD this season, but decent fill-in when needed)
8-91: WR Cooks (bust)
9-102: QB Stafford (reasonable backup)
10-115: RB Robinson Jr (home run pick this late, scored 8 TD, tied for 19th)
11-125: WR J Williams (another home run pick, 8 TD, tied for 11th)
12-139 WR Shakir (okay depth WR, 4 TD 50th)
13-150: RB Wright (rookie didn't pan out, cut early in the season)
14-163: K Sanders (cut a few weeks in with Miami's anemic offense)
15-174: WR D Robinson (decent depth WR, 7TD 18th)
16-187: D Houston (streamed defenses first few weeks then settled on Minnesota full time)

Notable FA additions:
- TE Tucker Kraft (7 TD, 3rd)
- K McManus (8 pt avg)
- D Minnesota
