Extra unfortunate part of Maye's concussion is he's most likely out next week too, since it's exceedingly rare to pass concussion protocol within a week. Titans are probably the most winnable game left on the schedule, so it sucks to not have Maye for that.

I could be wrong but I thought there was no helmet to helmet penalty on a QB running like that. Not like in college where they have a targeting rule. Something about being a runner compared to defenseless.
