I mean....we know the giants gm is going to be fired, but why wait until the end of the season? Just do it already and start the due diligence process for his replacement now.

I know Daniel Jones is not good but how in the heck do the GM and coach not catch the first stray bullets? I’m asking for a friend named Saquon.

Hell baby
With the way it looks like the draft will shake out I wonder if they’ll pick a pass rusher with their first pick and then go offense the next few picks after that. Just seems like the BPA will probably be a defensive player and their pass rush does in fact suck when they aren’t playing a rookie QB that holds the ball for 6+ seconds every drop back

Agreed. At this rate they need just about anything but QB

Today, Sayquon Barkley went for 255yds rushing and forced his way into the MVP discussion + Xavier McKinney had his league leading 7th INT for GB. On the other hand, the Giants are 2-9 after getting rolled 30-7 at home, AND having their 1st round draft pick calling them "soft as shit".

If I'm Joe Schoen, I'm thinking about getting my house ready to put on the market right about now.....

Can't wait to see which NFL team is stupid enough to agree to next year's off-season Hard Knocks series. I'm REALLY hoping its New England or Carolina. Train-wreck TV ALWAYS gets ratings.

Not a good year to have a high pick if you want to trade down. No teams have 2 first round picks and only 2 have 2 second round picks ( Buff and Chig). Not gonna trade with Bills. So if a trade down is in table it would be Chicago ( 12/40 and 43 and next years first) if they really want the top ranked tackle? I don’t see that happening.

You can always trade with a team that gives you a 2025 first and a 2026 first.

Hunter MacMillan or Campbell but Im hearing Campbell may be more guard.
If we pick 4-6 and Will Johnson is still on the board, he is the guy we should take. IMO.
With him and Gonzalez, our CB's are set for the next 5 years.
Campbell has been rated as low as 12th on some boards. Is he a guard or a tackle?
I would rather spend some of our money on UFA's to improve the O line.
Hunter MacMillan...I think you are referring to Tetairoa McMillan ?
He is a good WR but does not have the separating / high end speed we need for a #1 WR.
He will be more of a #2.

Good left tackles rarely hit the free agent market, though.

I've seen some places rate Campbell down in the mid-to-late teens, citing significant concern that he doesn't have the length to be a tackle.

If you've got some time on your hands. Go back to NFL.com and pull some of the Draft & Combine profiles of some of the current starting left tackles in the league. For shits and grins, I pulled David Bakhtiari's from 2013. Probably one of the best LT in the NFL for the past decade, before his career ended due to injury. Drafting O lineman is only half the battle. Having a great O Line coach is arguably more important.....
