Popping in real quick to say, I too believe that Mayo has to go. It starts at the top. And he's nothing this entire season that shows me he's ready to be an NFL coach. It's the truth. AVP, and Covington too. Gotta go. Kraft made a huge mistake giving Mayo the keys this quickly.

If they fire him, I won't shed a tear. I do worry about the optics if Kraft does fire Mayo.

But in my eyes, hes made so many blunders, he's just not ready. At all.

They didn't really have Judon last year, so it feels a bit disingenuous to call that a loss. Barmore and Bentley were losses, but they also gained back Gonzalez. They went from 8th in EPA/play to 30th. I don't think the personnel differences are enough to cause that difference.

If I had one choice, I'd give Ben Johnson a blank check, but I could also give you five other names.

If Vrabel is bringing McDaniels with him, I'd take him. I'd take Flores (who I really thought should have been the Belichick successor years ago before he went to Miami). I'd be fine with Joe Brady and tell him to treat Maye like Josh Allen. I wanted Bobby Slowik last year as a second option behind Ben Johnson. He hasn't been as good this year, but would still take him. Liam Coen should be a consideration.
Good names - Coen is local but never been HC in NFL.

Dabol I really like but he’s 3-13 as well but he’s a victim of the GM & injuries

Flores yes- fan of Joe Brady

Vrabel with McDaniels would be something and about the only thing that would prevent me from moving off Mayo

Like Devin McCourtey, Drake, and LG Blount I’m behind Mayo definitely running Mayo back

Historically, for coaches to recover from disastrous first season, they need a major team change. With Detroit and Dan Campbell, it was firing the OC and promoting Ben Johnson. For Cincinnati and Zac Taylor, it was drafting Joe Burrow, Tee Higgins, and Ja'Marr Chase.

If Mayo's back, it needs to be with moves like that in mind.

Speaking of Higgins, I think it's more likely I'm on the Patriots next year than he is.

I would love to get their First and Garrett Wilson. They need to pay a premium.....
They'd be trading up to keep Wilson tho bc he wants out if they keep Rodgers or get some scrub.

I wouldn't be greedy next year's picks could be 1 overall from them.

It's crazy that we have Drake Maye but Kraft Wolf and Mayo might keep us worse than the Jets next year.

I don't care at all for football so no worries.
Reread - I said if Bruins miss playoffs, tell you to give up your BRUINS tickets

I know what you said....I will give up my seats when I am ready.

Anyone who wants to tell me what I "should" do can go f*** themselves. You and I have discussed these many times. Your seats or mine would be sold in one minute. It would hurt me more than the owner of the Bs

This has nothing to do with wanting to protect Maye or tanking for the 1st pick, but I'd love to see Joe Milton get some snaps. I think it's important to see where his development is since preseason, when he had serious accuracy issues. They also need to determine if he's capable of being the backup next year, or if they need to bring another QB in.
Will be interesting to see if Milton took some of the same steps that Maye did in his development. If that’s the case, maybe there is a better argument for keeping AVP around.

Just looking at Mayo’s demeanor in press conferences. Does he look like a guy who even wants to be doing this anymore? When he retired he completely got away from football. Players turned coaches usually immediately get into coaching because they love the game. If I remember right, Bill had to talk him into coaching. Just doesn’t seem like he truly want to be doing this. Even the way he got the job was weird. Maybe didn’t want to disappoint Kraft? It’s just needs to end.

You just made the list Jahlani!

These players man

It's not a fan's place to boo the state of the organization? That's what they need to understand. It's not just about Mayo. Not just about the players. The frustration being let out is really intended for the entire organization. Can't fire the owner. Mediocre at best players calling out fans for booing etc will always be idiotic.

Given how in demand Vrabel seems to be he would be insane to take the Jets job if they want him. Rodgers is cooked and with the weak QB class I see the Jets being stuck for now. He just went through that with the Titans. Did as much as he could with subpar QBs I can't see him wanting to do that again.

Mayo coaching for his job this weekend. Any other coach starts Milton here to see what you have in him. Playing Maye in the hopes of winning against Buffalo practice squad is effing stupid.

These defensive players attacking fanbase, get control of your room Mayo! Every week another incident that proves he’s in over his head

Why's it always the scrubby backups who do this too?

Tavai, on a team with actual talent, is at best a second stringer.

Athletes got all bent out of shape for fans telling them to stay in their lane regarding politics, world issues, etc. This kind of response is the exact same thing. This is the fans lane. You don't perform? Expect to hear about it.

The entire operation and state of the franchise has been mediocre to shitty since Brady left, and fans are sick of it. Of course they're going to let their voice be heard, especially when the product looks like it's not going to improve any time soon.

Just absolutely tone deaf shit from someone lucky to even be in the league.
