Just came back from watching sharks practice.

Celebrini looked 100%. Gushchin and Smith (Givani) had some nice practice goals on Blackwood. Celebrini was 1st one on the ice. Ferraro pushed Will Smith hard onto the ice a bit during scrimmage and came back and apologized to Smith. Teamates.
No Graf, Thompson, or Cagnoni. My guess is they have been sent to the Barracuda.

Where’s the likely destination? London?

London Knights

The Sharks have Sam Dickinson and Kasper Halttunen there.

I wonder if the players can hear what the coaches are saying during practice with all the loud music?

Also, I don't see them working on defense much at practice. Maybe this team will be all offense. Get use opponents scoring 5-6 per game.
I’m sure a lot of the defensive structure is done in chalk talks in the locker room. They don’t need to be told what to do on the ice like Squirts.

The players never have an issue during stoppages during the games hearing coaches from the bench and others on the ice.

Good job Goose! Also he always seems to get hot when playing Vegas, so that's a nice extra if it continues that way. I'm just happy to see a fresh new team, ready to take the challenge! Celebrini, Smith and Gusch... The stage is yours!

Whats the difference between the non roster players and the injured reserve players?

At first i thought it was prospects that were injured at the time of the roster needing to be trimmed and since they are injured they can't be sent down to the AHL, but then i saw vlasic on the list and back to being confused.
Semantics.

Read the CBA for further definitions.

Non roster does not count towards cap
