Well there is only four now and it was very entertaining.

Interesting way of stating you didn’t watch the game.
Because all the other games have been blowouts I just checked in there on the score and seen the reply that's great they had one entertaining game but as a whole as I stated six of the seven games now seven of eight after another blowout today have been boring

The GM means nothing, especially when we know that it is Craig Breslow making the moves and he's got the sisyphean task of getting John Henry and Tom Werner to finally open up their wallets and getting back to spending to win and justify ticket prices. But noooooooope. John Henry and gang is just dandy with this team becoming a rotting corpse they continue to steal money from while using Fenway Park as nothing more than their personal theme park.

I hope every fan of the Red Sox who still cares about this team uses this to torment ownership for being so God damn cheap. The Red Sox held court over the AL East for almost two decades and they have, in the past five years, allowed this storied ball club to become a laughing stock.

I watched every pitch of Games One, Two and Three. I was so disgusted, I didn’t watch Game Four. I found out the next morning. I was happy they won, but I was convinced that only meant it would be a five game loss instead of a sweep.

I had school the night of Game Five, and our instructor wheeled in a TV and we started watching the game. I got sucked back in, and I watched the rest of the game at home after we were dismissed. As we all know, Curt Schilling was pitching Game Six and I wasn’t going to miss that. Some of Curt’s post baseball stuff has soured a lot of fans on him, but there is no denying that he was a huge factor in changing the culture of the Red Sox and they don’t beat the Yankees without him. And as they say… anything can happen in Game Seven.

I’m a hardcore Patriots fan first and foremost, but that 2004 Red Sox team might be my favorite Boston team of all time. There will never be another team like them anywhere ever.

Someday in Baseball Valhalla, I hope we get to see how the 2004 Red Sox stack up head to head against some of the other great World Series teams. And when that happens, I think our merry band of idiots will do just fine.
