Some thoughts:

• Forwards look good, as strong if not stronger than last year. We're still pretty slow which hurt us all year. Hopefully Stank/Bourque give a youthful injection of energy.
• Defense remains the same as it was, awful.
• 3rd pairing is probably worse than last year.
• Dumba in top 4 minutes is just as bad as Hankapaa in top 4 minutes. Clearly a TDL upgrade angle yet again.
• We finally have 3 RHD but none are good enough to play top minutes with Miro. So Miro stays RD most likely.
• Still a huge lack of puck moving from anyone below the top pair.
• Still no great ODF PP specialist to reduce Miro's minutes there. Hopefully Harley takes that next step.
• Desmith can't be worse than Wedge, so its w/e. Hopefully all that about his domestic violence past was exaggerated (case was dropped).
• Some big changes in the lockerrom without Wedge/Pavs and adding Dumba/Desmith. Hopefully the culture is strong enough to keep it tight.
