Dubas claims he prefers close to NHL ready prospects instead of picks. Which makes me think Vegas doesn't get Guentzel unless they massively outbid everyone else.

If I'm Penguins and Dubas, I try to trade with Carolina above all. They have a ton of high calibre prospects.
