I'd like to think that Bo was smart enough to know this was a possibility. He's probably got a ton of different emotions, many of them mixed right now. Even being prepared for the possibility, the call itself probably is still shocking to say the least.

Not sure if this is true, but it would make sense of the weird look Nate gave RJ on the bench last game after RJ patted him on the back for a nice shift. Looked mad at him. Anybody else catch that?

You can have smaller leaders like your Coglianos, but you need the alpha dogs to take control.

Was about to make a post on these lines -- sounds like they need Landy back pretty badly. Who cares if the Cap is physically cooked -- his presence in the room, if he returns, might make a big difference this run.
This doesn't surprise me. Guys like MacK and Makar want to win championships. I doubt they wanna hear things like "I thought we played good enough to win tonight" and "well, at least I had fun" after loosing games that you outplayed your opponents in.
That kind of BS looser talk needs to stay out of the dressing room. That's for teams with Duchene on them.

Teammates can accept crappy play from others teammates when you are winning but when you are barely playing .500 hockey they will let you know. Not surprised by this. As a past hockey player I would have lost it on him.
