Not sure why everyone seems obsessed over the idea not not taking many centers after you already have two first overall centers

Are centers non-existent in UFA or trades? A third and fourth line center is what people are clamoring for to be drafted; something that can be found in any single round?

Not saying you just in general - seems weird at this point

They need depth behind those guys and we've seen health has been an issue for those guys, nothing wrong insurance behind your franchise pillars

Probably because it’s a critically important position and a significant organizational need. That they have two great centers on the current roster is irrelevant.

Thats fair but it doesnt require 1st 2nd or even 3rd round picks to be spent on for roles that wont ever see significant icetime behind those two (outside the injuries you stated)

Instead, like we have, we should be using those higher round picks on other positions that dont have two 1st overall staples tied to them

Yet its clearly not irrelevant because here you and others are clamoring for centers drafted and.. where are they?

For some 'critically important position' thats 'a significant organizational need' clearly the actual people in charge dont agree with you

So yeah - thats like, your opinion man
