He's been fine as a GM as well, people are just underrating his trades. He got quantity in trades like Timo and EK trades and then the quality in Hertl. We obviously hate the Goodrow to move cause it helps the Rags but it's not even a bad for them when they need veterans to acclimate their drafted youth. What has he done exactly wrong in the shitty position that Doug Wilson put him in?

Grier has been doing the kind of job that eventually gets him fired but immediately hired again somewhere else. They're going to be very well positioned in a few years
