The Isles scouts must not feel that either Poirier or Aron Khivarju or likely going to be NHL players if they passed them up for a goalie

Can never have enough goalie depth and none of our recent picks have taken the next step so makes sense at this point

Jay Pandolfo is the head coach at BU - he will take care of Eiserman and Berdnarik.

Also Isles needed young C’s.

We could see Wahlstrom go and Isles bring in 3rd.

UFA stage is set bargain deals
Little doubt Lou and the little Lam are in contact.

Snow running the rest of the draft? Back to back goalies. This one’s another giant. Big Swede. Only 18.

Interesting when we drafted Koskinen he was 21 and then we took 18 year old Nilsson. Same thing today.
Interesting with Lennox Tikkenen and Skarek

This feels like a Garth Snow draft, which means it will either be a disaster, or result in huge numbers of games played.

The bednarik pick is as safe as you get, covers for the relatively high risk for the others.

It's definitely gotten a lot more interesting for nyi prospect watchers.

We aren’t the only ones. Devils dealt for Markstrom even though they have some younger options and still drafted two goalies. In the mid to late rounds it is just BPA.

I don’t like the last two picks. You can acquire decent goalies cheap on the market.

Give us Miro Satan 2.0
