Pronman’s final mock is wild.

  1. Celebrini
  2. Levshunov
  3. Silayev
  4. Lindstrom
  5. Buium
  6. Dickinson
  7. Sennecke
  8. Yakemchuk
  9. Demidov
  10. Catton
  11. Parekh
  12. Helenius
  13. Iginla

If it were to shake out that way hopefully Calgary would just take Tij. Demidov falling to 10 seems nearly impossible but it’d sure be a dream
The athletic mocks have been pretty accurate, they had Wright going #4 and Michkov #7 to flyers last year. Seems like it's definitely possible Demidov may slip to the devils.

On today's 32 Thoughts, Marek says based on his conversations, he thinks Chicago takes Levshunov, Buium at 3 to Anaheim, Lindstrom to Columbus at 4 and Demidov falls to Montreal at 5.

Friedman believes that Columbus might move down and that the Blue Jackets are motivated to do something big. He backed LeBrun's report of Columbus and Philly talking, saying he heard Columbus wanted the #12 pick, #32 pick and potentially Colorado's 2025 1st round pick. Was too much for Philly, but teams were expected to speak again today. He also believes there's another team in there talking to Columbus - Friedman "wonders" if it's Carolina and Neces is included in this. Says that's the team he throwing a dart at, so more on the speculation side.

Friedman also thinks that San Jose moved up to 11 to target Cole Eiserman.

If Devils will end this draft with Demidov because previous teams are afraid to draft him - it would be the best thing in the draft history after Brodeur and Jack Hughes.
If Fitz will not draft him, it will be the worst thing.

I can definitely see Buium to the Ducks at #3 and Demidov to Montreal at #5 being the more likely scenario compared to Silayev at #3, Buium #5 and Demidov falling pretty far into to the back part of the top 10

Can I -- just because he's my all-time fave -- also throw in the #3 overall pick Toronto gave us for Tom Kurvers straight up which became Scott Niedermeyer?

Man, those were the days.

But holy cow, how would anyone stop a line with Jack Hughes and Demidov?
