Glenn is a fine hire but it's Saleh and Bowles 2.0, culture builders that are soft spoken with the fire that players will rally around. It'll be successful based on if Glenn gets the right OC in and if Woody stays the f*** out of the football talks. He was one of my favorite Jets players as a kid so I love it from that point of view but I can definitely understand having reservations about this hire

Every time I watch Barkley I just can’t help but wonder how in the world the Giants didn’t just give the man his money. People should be fired for that and the owner should be a shamed. Thinking Daniel Jones was going to be anything is a joke.

Because he would not be nearly as effective behind the giants trash line. The eagles line is easily the best in the league and Jeff Stoutland is a savant. It would’ve been horrendous mismanagement of their cap if they signed Saquon. They were not and are not remotely close to being a stud RB away from contending.
The Jones stuff is pure revisionism. They held on to him too long predating the current regime but he was coming off a great season and won a road playoff game. What they paid him is now middle of the road for QBs and he’s now gone.
I’d like to see the Giants rebuild but that’s just so looked down on in the NFL

Barkley was fine on the Giants though the team still would have been crap, but boy they couldn’t have picked a worse offseason for GM Hard Knocks if they tried, that’s most of the reason they’ve been memed around the country. Schoen’s kid telling him to trade up for Jayden was the icing on the cake of all the Barkley stuff

They just need to get their QB, fingers crossed it’s Sanders or Ward, though I’m not high on either.
He’s incredible, but they were still horrendous with him last year.
And because they went to the playoffs they didn't have a high pick to draft a QB to replace him.
The Jones contract because it had an out after 2 seasons is probably the best thing Schoen has done with the Giants.
Washington is in this game if they didnt turn the ball over so many times. Shame
