Darnold was off. KOC should have adjusted his playcalling to compensate for it with more runs vs passing in the goal to go situations.

Vikings are one of the worst red zone running teams in the league. Call that design, blocking, just poor running, etc. It's ugly. KOC schemed guys open, including both Jefferson and Addison in the end zone, and Darnold missed. Trust me, it would've been worse had they just run.
