Use the ton of cap space you have on the trenches and CB and go from there. They won't win 14 again next year, but they can still be a playoff team, even if McCarthy is just slightly above average in what is basically year 1 for him after a redshirt. See if Jones wants to come back as the backup/insurance, or if he doesn't I'm sure there are a bunch of similar vets out there who will.

Agree with this. If we are going to run out McCarthy next year as QB, the offensive line will need an upgrade of talent at the guard and center positions...don't want him back there running for his life. The defensive line also needs to be beefed up in the middle and the secondary needs work as well.

I hope Flores is back as DC.
