It felt like Bears were going to put up a fight at end of 1st game then the 49ers stopped playing around and Steve Walsh game management plan blew up quickly as did the brief Walsh fandom of fans. Walsh was gone in offseason and Kramer again given shot as #1 (The original plan in 1994) and had best season of a Bears QB in history in 1995

Still beating the Vikes in WC game was one of my favorite moments as a Bear fan (f***ing sad really that is one of the few positives in my Bear fan life)
