NASCAR: 2024 NASCAR (schedule in OP)

  • Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Final appearance of the 3rd 23XI Racing entry for 2024 announced; Juan Pablo Montoya returning to the #50 @ Watkins Glen.... no word yet whether this 3rd team is full-time next season or Amerivets (TRT) which had been assigned the 50.... will return in 2025; that team last appeared at the 600
 
Hiatus from Olympics ends Friday.....;

Entry Lists for Richmond are out;

CTS: 38, so 2 will go home;

Cup: 37; (Parker Retzlaff making initial Cup start for MBM Motorsports in the 66)

Trackhouse/JRM combine for 5th XFINITY Entry as it appears the NASCAR Driving career of Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt, Jr. making spot appearances will end after the current season... Connor Zilisch named as full time driver of the 88 next season joining the 1/7/8/9....

Procedural update---Teams have been given the option to make calls on switching from damp weather to slick tires..... previously it was at NASCAR Director's discretion
