I don't expect a show of skill today. A lot of the players who can put on a show are not here. Other than Hage and Beck, I am curious to see Sawyer, Thorpe, Protz, Merrill, Xhekaj, Bergqvist, and Eriksson.
Hage vs. Beck
I saw Nicholas at a rink about a month ago rocking a pair of pre-release Bauer shadow skates. By the look of it, he did t like them. lolSince he was hired, the dev camps have been run by Adam Nicholas, not the AHL staff.
He was only a 6th rounder because he lost 5 months (wrist injury) in his D0...and he looked like 14 years old and he wasn't very well known in Sweden either.Eriksson is clearly more skilled than most guys there. Not a typical 6th rounder.
Beck is the only 2022 draftee playing at camp (Croteau is there too but injured). The rest were told to stay and train at home and only come in August. This might be a stupid question. Is Mesar not at camp?
Nice shift by Eriksson here.
