I didn't watch every AEW event and didn't watch much WWE. I know Punk/McIntyre was great. I know Swerve/Danielson was great. I just didn't watch those shows and haven't seen the matches.

There’s still some I need to find. Sareee vs. Mayu Iwatani isn’t one of them though, that’s one of my matches of the year. They later tagged together on a Sareee-ISM show which some say was better.

Iyo Sky vs. Utami Hayashushita as well because we got to see the Japan Io Shirai.

Nothing wrong with that. You can't rank matches you didn't watch. If your top 10 is all WWE, I don't see an issue with it.

For some people not watching anything but WWE seems to be an issue but not watching WWE isn't.

Yeah, it looks like Clint has the right attitude about it. We can only rate what we watch and we all have biases.

For me, like you, I am a WWE guy, so we can only rate their matches and the few I've seen of AEW and TNA, but I'm personally not enamored with Will Osprey like many, I mean he's obviously one of the greatest physical talents in the world, if not the greatest, but for me I love the story side of wrestling more than pure work rate, so in what I assume would be a very unpopular opinion, I would actually rate a match (and it's post-match shenanigans) like KO and Cody of SNME near the top of my list.

Diff’rent strokes for different folks i suppose. That match to me was trash. Zero intrigue. Zero doubt on the winner. The aftermath was good but the match itself was a dud to me.

I assume their rematch will be far better, if only for the simple idea of some shred of believability on KO’s behalf.
