Trey Augustine wins the 6th round.

1. C Nate Danielson - 57.6% (1st round, 9th overall, 2023)
2. RD Axel Sandin Pellikka - 58.9% (1st round, 17th overall, 2023)
3. G Sebastian Cossa - 41.8% (15th overall, 1st round 2021 draft)
4. C Marco Kasper - 65.9% (8th overall, 1st round 2022 draft)
5. RW Michael Brandsegg-Nygård - 79.5% (1st round, 15th overall, 2024)
6. G Trey Augustine - 40.3% (41st overall, 2nd round 2023 draft)

I wonder what did Augustine did in a one month to raise spot.... or what Mazur did do to drop a spot...

Looks like the voting for top-9 is shaping up to be....

1. Edvinsson
2. Danielson
3. ASP
4. Cossa
5. Kasper
6. MBN
7. Augustine
8. Mazur
9. AlJo

....and while I can't say that's a bad order, I wouldn't bet even a dollar that that's how these players wind up 5-10 years from now. Will be interesting to see who rises and who falls.

The cool thing is I actually like each of these players individually. Can't remember a time when I could say that about a Wings top-9 prospect list.

Wallinder will presumably follow Johansson, so it's more like the top 10 list for me. In the Sproul years Wallinder would've been a top 3-5 prospect for the team.

Also kudos to adding Edvinsson at the top of that list, no idea why a 21 year old with 9 and 16 game stints wouldn't be considered a prospect.

Because he is over that 25-game limit for Calder trophy. Not a rookie anymore.

You have to draw the line somwhere, othervise we would be just debating about the line.

You can put Edvinsson on the top of the list and be happier, if you want.

X. LD Edvinsson

Glad to see Cossa up there, I believe. I also think Kasper is going to exceed the list's expectations

A little confused how the #1 prospect is still listed in the options for the #7 poll

Buchelnikov needs to be an option. My opinion, but being over a PPG in the VHL and 29 points in the KHL at 20 years old is a lot better than the majority of the options here.

He will be added for next round.

But also KHL quality of competition is way down nowadays, when there was a great escape of quality players mostly to Sweden or Switzerland.

What somebody scored 5 years ago at KHL, is not the same at all.

That's true but only to an extent. It's still an excellent league that is hard to score in. Michkov wasn't a PPG player in that league and he's pretty much the top prospect in the world. 12 points in 10 VHL games is very good no matter how you slice it. You can compare it to other top young russian prospects that are playing in these leagues now and you'll see that his production is trending well.
