I don't think he's Calder-eligible because I don't think it's just a games threshold, I think you also can't play games in multiple seasons. I'm too lazy to look it up, but I did just check Alex Pietrangelo who was under the games threshold but received no Calder votes for his first full season where he scored 11 goals and played 22 minutes a game - hard to imagine otherwise.

I believe it’s no more than 6 games in 2 or more seasons. Foote has 3 such seasons so he can’t be considered for Calder.
