Here's a full schedule for Friday and Saturday, including prospect groups and times for Saturdays physical tests. I was wrong, 7 tests on Saturday but 3 on Friday - vo2 max, Y balance (results not public), and grip strength.

You think they do the same with weight for certain players?
I have no idea other than I think that once players hit the NHL some teams don't update player weights. It's a lot easier for weight to fluctuate than for players to change heights though.

It's rare that a kid grows an inch at 18, but weight can increase AND flactuate a lot on the bigger players.

On the other hand, PR departments and agents always seem to use the "eye of convinience" test...

At 16, my relative grew 5 inches and 40 pounds in on school season. I know because i was working out with him and his growth and stregnth spurt was stunning. Then stopped. For me it was 12-13 spurt. Then 2 inches after that to 16. Weight never stopped in rising until 19.

Everything within normal parameters.

That's nothing. My weight started growing at about 11 and didn't stop until I was 43. I know, physically gifted

His current height and weight track more with a CB/WR physique than they do with a LB. That may come down as he adds more mass. But seeing how fast of a skater he is, certainly feasible.
The ones coming out of HS don't have that much mass generally. That's the age that aligns with NHL Draft. NFL Combine guys are three years older by then. He's about the same size as a top recruit EDGE rusher assuming he could easily be about 10 pounds bigger already if the sport asked for it.

Sure, all of that is fine. And would be material if he ran that speed at age 21-22. The issue is whether he ran that speed in the last year. Absolutely, if he's at 235-240, in the next 2-3 years, I don't think the speed is the same. However, he might only balloon up to the 4.5-4.6 second range.

Gotcha, I doubt the 40 was in any official setting that would mimic the NFL Combine, so I don't think it's particularly relevant. If he ran Track, I'm sure he's fast regardless of a specific time.

Track and Baseball. The timed 40 was done in his summer workouts he does. Not sure who was keeping track of what. This is all what they had said on the podcast. Cayden apparently really enjoys track workouts and from rumblings it seems like the Canadiens really love him. I'm pretty sure they are drafting Cayden or Demidov at this point with an outside shot of Sennecke

Included above + other from the same account(too many to link):

Habs had dinner w/ Lindstrom(Hughes, Gorton and Lapointe were there ). Had met twice during the season with them including a dinner earlier this year.

Basha met with Montreal. Hughes and Gorton attended the meeting which they didn't do for all players.

No dinner w/ Montreal for Sennecke. Will have dinner w/ Utah + Columbus

No dinner for Parehk w/ MTL. Basic communication through the year.

Iginla is having dinner w/ Montreal

Raoul Boillard met w/ MTL at the combine as well as during the year

The Habs interviewed Letorneau in a way his agent says usually means they like you

Masse didn't have much contact over the year w/ the Habs due to schedule conflicts. Confirms he interviewed at the combine.

Yakemchuk met 23 teams including Montreal at the combine

Connelly met 22 teams including Montreal.

Koivu met with Montreal at the combine and during the year.

I have a metaphoric hard-on for A. Koivu. So happy to hear that the Habs met with him. Would be a poetic landing spot for him.
