I'd like to see the Oilers take a gamble on at least one of these guys every draft in the later rounds if they are available As a serious cup contender now we can afford to do this! I love this pick and he can now go directly to the AHL or ECHL.

Better he stay there and have more time to get bigger, stronger and faster than get rushed and spend an entire season in the ECHL IMO. It lets his ELC slide a year (if we've even signed him yet?).
