Love your breakdowns, thank you, glad you've picked them back up. Not that you have a lot of time for this, but I for one (and probably others) were hoping we'd take Jesse Pulkkinen, who went next at 54. I'd love to see a breakdown for him. He was an overager, but he had a really solid D+1 and has all the "big tools" people love, size, some mobility (although maybe a bit lead footed?), seemingly a decent shot and puck skills, decent reads in the OZ, a little nastiness, but I haven't had the chance to really watch a shift-by-shift or break down the game to the level of reads.
I would say the “lead footed” comment explains why the Sharks didn’t draft him. Grier is really emphasizing skating while building this team.

Great video. Was very annoying to read scouting reports that labeled him as an undersized offense first guy. He's very much a two-way player like you mentioned. He's smart and has the subtle defensive reads that make you excited for his pro future. I was super excited when the Sharks picked him up where they did.
Who did you draft at that position?

Teddy Stiga. I missed out on the skilled winger at 33 and went with Badinka to give my defense some size, so I felt like Stiga was the best available there for the squad. I just have too many similar sized LD's to draft him. Buium, Lane Hutson, Cagnoni, Galvas, Odelius.

LSW was a guy I had mentioned on the podcast that I wanted the Sharks to get though so I'm super happy with that.

Not to put more work on your plate, but you should do two types of teams:

1) Your running-total team; a team that you are building using the Sharks's picks at each draft
2) Your Sharks GM tea; in each draft, the players you would have drafted if you were the Sharks's GM.

Re: Pulkkinen, noted. But I saw him play a bit and didn't think I liked it. Given my Cole Eiserman video, the accidental stray that Isles fans took when I said Bednarik (a 2nd round pick of theirs) was a no draft all year for me, and my close proximity to Long Island...I have safety concerns if I end up taking down Pulkkinen too haha

But I'll take it under advisement and see if I see an angle that would be interesting while not activating Lou's hired goons...

I might have missed this but kind of based on the prospect ranking threads going on, one thing that would be interesting is some sort of deep dive into how you would rank the new draft prospects in comparison with our current prospects.

No worries man! I'll watch whatever breakdown you upload. Thanks for posting it here.
