That's the real problem. The fear to say no that wasn't a penalty to their co-workers. All officials should huddle up after a call and confirm it was indeed correct.

But also the NFL has eleventy billion cameras on each game. Just have a sky judge or two watching the games, especially at this stage of the season, to make sure that no calls are as obviously wrong as that one.
