Sawyer scores his first collegiate goal to put Providence up 2-1
Playing his 10th game. It's his first goal, but he now has 6 pts.
Pretty decent for 18 year old. Wonder what his strength is, thought he was the gritty type.
Reminds me of a schertain player, weak "bak".playmaking seems good but he's not gritty at all, soft and weak physically from the little i've seen. About to watch him again though.

What's going on with him? Stats seem underwhelming, has anyone watched him play?
defensive system didn't help his production. Even Trevor Connelly didn't have great offensive stats. I've read he's been fine and should have a bigger role next year. We'll see. What's going on with him? Stats seem underwhelming, has anyone watched him play?
I like his tools, there's some hope there IMO. He's not Hage, but he's a prospect worth having some patience with. Good skater, decent hands, decent frame once he fills out. There's something there. Thanks for the info guys! That's why I asked, stats can really be deceiving.
So he's still a legitimate prospect?

Yes. He got the tools and motor to become an effective depth player. Need to add weight and figure it out like all players of his age. Thanks for the info guys! That's why I asked, stats can really be deceiving.
