I’m fine with all the signing news, not really that much bloat and it keeps the thread active. Nobody is forcing anybody to click on every link that gets posted.

Keeps the thread active enough that posters scrolling through the forums may see it and look into the sphl, maybe creating some actual activity in the future. More of an illusion of activity that has a chance to create discussion I suppose, and the downsides are pretty low.
