The Kings need to show that they aren't afraid so sitting people because something might happen would be an L before the game even started. The only person I would consider sitting is Keumper.

Now, if there is some sort of blatant cheap shot, then guys like Burroughs, Mallot, and Helenius need to strike back with something even worse and not worry about missing playoff time: especially Burroughs and Mallot.

Hoping they are just playing mind games and sit Kuemper tonight. The fact they are resting a healthy McDavid means they aren't going for the win. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the game plan for Edmonton is to hurt as many key players as possible. With McDavid out, they don't have to worry about retaliation to important players. Then again, this is the Kings, so they don't have to worry about retaliation anyway. Man, I wish Jeannot was back.
