Good night to start working on the road record

can't look past Utah...good team that just has the misfortune of being in the toughest division in the NHL

I think LA only has 3 wins in their last 13 road games.

Edmonton is playing SJ today.

Edmonton has a super easy schedule going forward

They play the Sharks 3x. The Ducks

The hard games are the Blues and Jets.
On the other hand Vegas plays Winnipeg today. It's possible we could be 3pts out of the division race after today. VGK has 5 of it's last 7 games on the road.

We play Edmonton two more times...

But the winner of the Pacific will likely face St Louis in round 1. Blues are 10-0-0 in their last 10.

I'd still rather face them than the Oilers, I could definitely see a scenario where the Kings totally shut down the Blues offense.

The Kings winning the division would be great because they'd be playing a midwest team in the 1st round, and even playing a central team the travel distance is basically the same as to Edmonton.

Playoff opponent preference

1. Minnesota
2. St. Louis
3. Vegas (home)
4. Vegas (away)
5. Edmonton (home)
6. Edmonton (away)

Dang, that was a snap challenge and a snap review conclusion it was so definitive lol.
