A loss on the road to Colorado with Rittich in net is probable even with the 4th line intact, but it feels like a formality with the forward lineup last night. This type of forward availability usually equals an 11/7 lineup from Hiller.
I believe they can actually win a playoff series with the lineup that started the Carolina game last Saturday, but with Keumper in net.
RJ talks about no swagger last night. The 4th line before these injuries brought that swagger with Jeannot being a huge part of it. Helenius is a big boy, but he plays bigger with TJ on his wing. That line was clicking and teams always seem to build off of great 4th line shifts. Had a real fluidity going where lines just rolled over without a marked drop off. That wears the other team out, too.
Giant problem if this line can't be reunited in time for the playoffs.
