Games against the Pens seem to be extremely boring.

Pens are absolutely reeling and ripe for deadline deals

Which means we'll probably lose 2-1 being unable to score on our PP after dominating 5v5 while they score on the 2 ticky tack PPs the refs feel obligated to call due to game management

I haven't seen a team with this many Hall of Fame players be this bad since the mid 90's Kings.

Would be great if the Pens left Rackell in LA before they left.

Re Drew: we know he is going to get his dancing partner back.. so whats that do to the pairings? Gav/Spence slots in as 2nd pair? maybe divide ice time similarly between 2nd and 3rd pair. If it were me, Id ease him back in on the 3rd pair... no special teams.

Interested to see what effect Doughty has. Not entirely convinced it’s gonna be good.

Normally Drew brings the PP down, but it's so bad this year, hard to think it gets worse. Having a one timer from the left will help if Doughty can get it on Net.

Since his hand injury Doughty has struggled with wrist shots & passes. Have to wait to see if that's improved.

Have to think Burroughs gets booted out of the line up would help. With Hiller you never know.

Doughty will be better on defense than options we have now. He'll give up odd man rushes with Kempe, Fiala playing defense because he's caught behind the other teams net. Overall impact to be determined.

Penguins, If King's show up & skate, should win.

Anyone else noticing that Burroughs is a sink for the puck. Some players, generally forwards, the puck just seems to find. This is happening with Burroughs, but in a bad way.

He struggles with defense. When the puck ends up on his side of the ice, the team gets more puck time.
Burroughs struggles making a clean pass out of the D zone. This causes turnovers & the pucks right back on his side of the ice.

The puck just seems to find Burroughs.
