Re Lewis.. I think Akil is on thin ice w Hiller.. heard he came into camp out of shape and thats why he sat for 1st 10 games. He mustve done something to irritate him, and moving up Lewis to line 1 was the least disruptive thing to do.

To be fair, I’m pretty sure I could skate alongside 9 and 11 to be a passenger on some goals as well. At least until the dormant grenade in my right knee exploded or my brains got scattered.

Correlation does not equal causation, and handing prime minutes to the corpse of Trevor instead of breaking in the youth is simply counter productive at best.

Thanks I didnt have the energy to write that - exactly my sentiments. Hiller did this last season with injuries on the 3rd line he moved up Lewis then JAD. This org just isnt up for building the young guys confidence.. its more, old school, hard knocks, force them to play you. LIke it was in 90s Detroit org which is the heritage of Koala and Hiller.
