Amidst a busy day of free agency, some schedule tidbits dropped:



Open the season on the road at the very first Utah soon-to-be-Yeti game in history on October 18th.

Home opener is Oct 17th vs the Sharks, so Bedard vs Celebrini in a battles of firsts.

NHL already knows what to do scheduling Bedard vs Celebrini this early. The Utah home opener is very cool though. Hawks will forever be a trivia question answer there.

Only 4 Saturday home games to choose from as a downstate fan. Will have to think over my options.

Wish the Hawks could connive a few more Saturdays out of Reinsdorf.

Looks like we have a regular season home game in Milwaukee versus... the Blues?



Seems like that should be a Hawks/Wild game, but guess the intent is for it to be a Hawks home game and not a neutral-ish game.

I went last time, it was fun. Sat in front of like 20 Bucks front office members who were masquerading as Hawks fans and doing awful chants, including "defense! defense!" had to tell them to shut up.

Might not be a bad thing to have an extended road trip early. I’ve always felt that the circus trip helped the team bond.
