Well when you focus on mistakes and not strengths your player eval gets skewed. Can't have ghost scoring 40-50 pts as a defenseman if he loses a board battle here and there. We all know scoring doesn't win games

That was slightly demoralizing. Talks about not making detailed notes on players and that not being his thing. Didn't sound like the smartest dude tbh.

Now, I know this isn't the case, but Pelletier sounds like a great culture guy. Maybe we acquired him to be Baby Laughts, swap the two out like Indiana Jones trying to steal the golden idol?
