This is why the Frost and Farabee trade is infuriating.

It was as uncreative and ineffective as it gets. Only trumped by the Ghost giveaway bonanza.

The only way that the Ftost and Farabee trade works for me is if Frost was going after an offer sheet that was unmanageable for the Flyers and Farabee’s neck injury is so bad that he’s going to need to walk away from the game. Neither of those possibilities is real so it was an idiotic move

They just waved off losing a trade because they plan on replacing value in FA using the meagre cap space opened up. This poll flays bare the sheer folly of that plan. Who is running to sign here and play for this slob?

This board is going to explode when the Wheeler and the Athletic names the Wild as having the top prospect pool with Buium at the top of their list. I keep feeling punched in the stomach over not taking him. That said, 12 other teams passed on him. Why? The agent?

Yes, so Cates scoring spree was exactly what most thought it was. Puck luck and an unsustainable shooting percentage.

They're all roughly the bottom 3rd of the league, many of them living there in perpetuity. I think it's as simple as "They Are Run By Morons."

Our C depth is laughable, but I am worried the FO is overly focused on that C hunt and is ignoring the big picture. Is there a risk they could try to shoot at the next big thing of a C and not pick someone way better via BPA route?
