some interesting projections in here for contracts

If I'm the Bruins, Lindholm for 6.75 mill is an easy yes

DeBrusk at 5.8 for 5 years is a yes

Dillion at 2.9 is a yes

Joshua at 3.25 is a yes

Zacha -- Lindholm -- Pasta

Marchand -- Coyle -- DeBrusk

Joshua -- Frederic -- Geekie

Lauko -- Beecher -- Braz

Dillon -- McAvoy

Lindholm -- Carlo

Lohrei -- Peeke

I think these numbers are going to be low lot of teams with cap space and if the new owner of Utah is willing to spend they have something like $43 million in cap space ,14 teams with over $20 million.

How many teams out there with cap room that will be looking for a top 6 center? That might effect whatever offer he gets, especially if he wants to go to a contender.

Stamkos 3yr/$6.1 million? Seems pretty cheap for a guy coming off back to back 80+ point seasons who wins nearly 55% of his draws
I am not in favor of signing over 30 players to big contracts, but I must admit Stamkos is one guy that could change my thinking, a true pro, hockey player, maybe he will bring Hedman with him.........

I wouldn't consider that a big contract. A $6 million cap hit would be only 7% of a teams cap next season.

You are right but there are not many 34 year olds I would sign to 6 mil contract and at 3 years.

Beauvillier could be a cheap add for the bottom 6 and I know we have bigger fish to fry, but if looking for 4th line grit at a cheap price, a guy like Sammy Blais could fit in with Beecher and Brazeau nicely.

Were seeing more and more player got deeper into their 30's and being effective. Stammer is a elite player and even should age well over the next 3yrs. It's not like he's a middle 6 guy, he's a legit top line player whose a line driver. If he falls off a cliff he's still a middle 6 level player

I agree. However, I still think Lindholm will get more than 7. I'd sign him for 0.5 million more if that's what it took.

Those numbers all seem low. I'd re-sign DeBrusk at 5.8 in a second, and I'd also sign Stamkos for 6m for 3 years in half a second.

Yes, I think they are a mix, the are probably low for the top end talent, almost certainly the top 15-20 guys will have bidding wars. And year their are others too high.

Honestly I could see a team give Gryz that contract, even though I think it is more than twice what I would pay him, but purely statistics, they are always great

5.5m for Jake I’d sign him. His roller coaster regular seasons aside he seems to up his game in the playoffs.

I’d consider Stamkos too. Stamkos centering Zacha & Pastrnak would be interesting. He gets overlooked often by most fanbases but he continues to put up solid numbers.

I’d inquire about Edmunson. I don’t think he was in a good situation with that Leafs defensive system. At the right price he’d be a good fit on the 3rd pairing.
