Another competitive period inside Place Bell ends with a 2-2 tie after 2. Maureen Murphy scored 7 minutes into the 2nd period to give Montreal the lead. Hannah Miller got the Sceptres back in the game with a PP tally. The Victoire had an offensive flurry in the final seconds, but nothing productive goalwise.

Score after 3 regulation periods = TOR 3 - MTL 3. Laura Stacey regained the lead for the Victoire midway through the 3rd, unassisted & her 3rd point of the game. But Daryl Watts tied it up after a Montreal turnover in their own end with under 4 minutes left in regulation (ending her PWHL scoring drought that started last January). The home side ended the period on a power play, so the woman advantage will remain at the opening the OT period.
