French linesperson Alexia Cheyroux to become the first European officiating in the league as she signed a short-term contract. She will be on the ice for TOR @ OTT on Tuesday and for MIN @ MTL on Friday.

2-2 after 2 in Ottawa. It's amazing how the Sceptres have been infected by the bad puck luck bug indigenous to T.O. hockey. No cure on the market, so they'll have to find a home-brewed antidote. Maybe move the team to Buffalo? ;)

End of one period at The Pru, NY 1 - MN 0. Minny's Kelly Pannek had the first puck-in-net, but a review ruled she deflected that puck with a high stick. The Sirens are putting their forecheck to work as usual, but the Frost are likely to sort that out during the intermission.

End of 2, tied 1-1. KCS halted the shutout streak for Corinne Schroeder @ 178m:16s with an early net front midair deflection (below ever Kendall's shoulders 🦐). Otherwise, New York killed off three minor penalties (two back-to-back) while the goalies at both ends stood firm.

End of regulation = Frost 2 - Sirens 2. After New York tuned the iron twice behind MIN goalie Maddie Rooney in the first half of the 3rd, Minny defender Mellissa Channell-Watkins blasted a shot past Schneider (her first PWHL goal) with about 9 minutes left. The Sirens were awarded their only PP with under 4 minutes left, and they began the advantage with 6 skaters. Frost 4v6 killed off the 2 minutes, but NY forward Sarah Filler tied it using 6 skaters with 1:01 left.
