Everytime I see Gornyak I think of that NCAA prospect the Habs had a little while ago named Gornyak(?). But this Gornyak is different, right? What is this new Gornyak that keeps popping up in the thread?

Jack Gorniak was the prospect.

Gornyak is the team Gordin plays for in the VHL.

This is why I tagged Whitesnake in my post, because he mentioned the other day that every time he sees Gordin's team, he thinks of the former prospect.

BTW, Jack Gorniak turned pro last year and is in his second season in the ECHL. Habs had drafted him in 2018 in the 5th round (same draft as KK, Romanov, Ylonen, Harris, and Hillis, who are all no longer with the organization).
