I think missing both Tkachuk and Ekbland will hit really hard and people should be realistic with their expectations, 1st round exit against Tampa and try to stay healthy next year
It's a good thing that Zito put a condition on the Marchand pick. If it's an early exit, we'll still have that 1st rounder for draft or trade.

I’ve been saying it for 2 weeks now. He won’t be ready.

At this point, you have to be very delusional to believe that he will.
The counterpoint is, you have to be very delusional to believe we’re being told the truth and nothing but the truth.

Call me delusional, but I’ll be more shocked if he isn’t ready at some point in round 1, than the reverse.

Refs in the CBJ v Washington game are in full playoff form

Voronkov had a 10 minute misconduct, he was out for almost a full 2 minute power play before the refs realized he was supposed to be kicked out lmaooooo

Penalty for CBJ for illegal player on the ice
Request those guys for the first round please.

Absolutely brutal for the Oilers... I love it.

Canucks up on Wild
Kraken up on Blues
Flames not out yet

Puljujärvi should stay up - 3gp 1g and 23 hits! :D Imagine Puljujärvi, Bennett, Tkachuk and Marchand in the playoffs. Opponents have to have their heads up constantly!

Puljujarvi is an interesting guy. Clearly talented, but my goodness, he falls down CONSTANTLY. Somebody else here has pointed it out, but watching for it last night, I think I saw him fall down on his own at least three times.

i've held back on this guy but i'm gonna let him have it - he's a galoot out there. he does not look like a hockey player. he looks awkward. and i don't really see any good let alone great offensive instinct. 23 hits in 4 games? great. i don't really see him as any kind of a factor with us when everyone's healthy. i think these are his last NHL games, tbf. happy to be proven wrong, of course.

Look how strong he is at crease with big body and strong feets, he gives huge headache to opponent defense.. of course he gives headache to own team too but maybe its not so big issue with so many finns on our team.

The goal he made against Buffalo is perfect example of this, Dahlin had no business on that battle Jesse pushed him away singlehandedly.

Jesse is obviously the Finnish skilled not-really-fighting version of Matt Rempe.
