Barkey now 4-16 20 +8 over his last ten games. Guess he's healthy now.

Rizzo has now played 8 games with 0 points, but watching him, I think he's close to breaking out.
Missed all of training camp with appendicitis surgery, so probably working his way back into game shape.
Reminds me of Brink but at center, same shiftiness and looking to make a play.

A rumour so far but here's the tweet:

The guy sounds confident in the Luchanko thread here. Even named the player going the other way. His name leads me to think he may be an insider of sorts

If it’s true I’m not sure how to feel. Guelph sucks so maybe his stats will see a nice increase

We'll see, Jett will get a lot of interest. All the top teams with a hope of going all the way start loading up before the Jan trade deadline.

Niagara is a good scoring team with a mediocre defense, so they'd be interested in him as a two way center. He'd get to play with more offensive talent than Guelph, Niagara has scored 112 goals to Guelph's 88.

The Phantoms' success level under Lappy is increasing at the same rate as my height.

2021-22 - 8th in Atlantic Division
2022-23 - 6th
2023-24 - 6th
2024-25 - 7th after 23 games (only 4 regulation wins, worst in the AHL)

“In his three years behind the bench, we have seen consistent improvement, and valuable experience gained from our prospects playing with the Phantoms, and they have been able to step in seamlessly to the Flyers when called upon,” said Flyers General Manager Daniel Briere. “In addition, the team has had a steady increase of success which saw the Calder Cup Playoffs return to the great fans in Lehigh Valley. I strongly believe that is a credit to Ian and his staff, and we are happy to have him lead our top development club for the next several years.”

Not sure he'll every sniff the NHL, but Gaucher's been a solid center for the Phantoms.
Good size, decent skater, has improved offensively, reliable defensively.

Of all the BS contracts the Flyers have given out over the years, he actually deserves one

Berglund made the Swedish junior squad.
While not as deep as Canada or US, still not bad for an 18 year old.

Ruohonen made the Finnish team.

So that's five Flyers in the WJC.
