Yah I'm officially in the off season is a disaster group, I was waiting and being slightly critical until things unfolded but they have gave Clevland (their old franchise) over 100 million in relief of spending for 2 guys with very questionable bats. You can sign every good free agent left or arm and it will amount to nothing more than desperation. They would have the chance to be good for a year or 2... max before more continue to decline. The chance of a Vlad signing is getting to be closer to zero every day...

whats happening in pro sports now is wild, i remember looking up to athletes as a kid and having favorite players from my team, now most teams cant compete unless their star players are on 1st contracts and unable to ask to be traded, rich or important teams are allowed to make up rules as they go along, and the franchise altering athletes are able to demand where they play(whether or not the are even FAs). pretty sad..most fans wont be able to identify with athletes today, most are more concerned with their branding than they are with their actual performance as players. its all going to shit.

say what you want about the numerous issues in hockey, but at least the inmates dont run the asylum yet.
