They do. I'm slightly curious as if they're required to though. If the Jays wanted to quietly accrue IFA money while stuff happens in the background reporting it as cash considerations would be smart if they were allowed to do so, even if it's not the usual routine for those trades.
The guy was recently DFA'd though, it's probably just money.
You would think so, but remember when they got slot money for Morales and Smith? Weird shit happens!

Maybe they came back around but didn't like the price tag the jays put on his services so they circled back to AlonsoSportsnet had a story out suggesting the Mets had contacted the Jays about Vlady.I have a strong feeling he might be gone.
