Ouch
The funny thing here to me is this mock has Will Campbell as #2 position rank yet he has Eliot Wolf taking him over Klevin Banks

This guy knows Eliot very well!

Now, if this blurb is true about Campbell and the Pats take him 4th overall I will find a different team.

"He was a three-year starter at left tackle for the Tigers, although some see him kicking inside to guard at the next level."

I wish they would rename it most outstanding player. Take Mahomes off the Chiefs and what is their record this year...

It also makes sense to extend voting for MVP to include postseason games. If you did that maybe Lamar Jackson would never win it.

That was the knock on him all year. He's a guard at the NFL level.

No way I'm using 4OA on either Campbell or Banks.

You just hired Vrabel, let him work with Carter and turn him into DROY and All Pro.

Does Jerry Jones make a run at Belichick or just continue on with his uninspiring head coach decisions?

I don't see Jerry hiring Bill. For one, he's cheap when it comes to paying Head Coaches. Also, he likes coaches who won't steal the media attention from him.

If I had to bet, he'll go after either Kingsbury, or Kellen Moore. He's always had a love affair with Kellen Moore for whatever reason......

Personally, I'm rooting for Deion Sanders. THAT would be hilarious, my friends.....

They’re going to give it to Allen this season. “His time.”

Which is bogus. Because Lamar Jackson is the clear MVP once again this year. CLEARLY more impressive than Allen.

Lamar is essentially guaranteed to be MVP. The same people who vote for All Pro vote for MVP, and Lamar made 1st team All Pro. Lamar beat out Allen 109 to 78 on ballots, and 30 to 18 on 1st place votes. There are only two instances where a player won MVP and didn't make 1st team All Pro: 1987 and 2003, and in 2003 the award was shared between the two All Pro QBs (Manning and McNair), so the odds are against Allen.

Mad Dog hits the nail on the head.

Wildcard weekend has become one versus eight in the NBA playoffs.

One good game last night, and the rest have been shit. Adding the seventh team per conference really waters down the quality of the playoffs.

The NFL had the perfect format with six teams per conference in two byes, and they just went to the well one time too many.

watch out, he made one of the easiest picks you could ever make.
Why did so many here looking at last years HFB football threads want Marvin Harrison, a few Joe Alt, and many swap the pick

Lou, Ev Mike were big on Maye but quite a bit had other ideas

Watch out you may upset people

He took the best player left at 4. He didn't actively choose Maye over Williams or Daniels.

You say that like 1-3 were easy or cheap picks to move up to. Takes 2 to tango and no he doesn't get credit for not making a deal to move up.

How was his coaching hire?
How was his free agency with $100m in cap space?
How were his draft picks not named Maye?
How did trading back and taking Polk work out?

he picked 3 not 4

He didn’t pick Mayo Kraft hired him
UFA who were good didn’t choose a bad team, with high state taxes, with crappy weather, and not very good night life in North Attleboro

As for his picks he didn’t pick the guy I wanted on the HF text group surprise, surprise was McConkey

I liked Polk being a big fan of Huskies - the dog not the team but McConkey was my guy after SF grabbed Ricky Pearsall went

As for Polk I think it’s very possible he does a 180 the way Jaren Duran did and gets 60+ catches 700 yards

Lot of people liked Polk - many NFL personal and former players who now work in the media

The fans who think they know more then these analysts always cracks me up
