I won’t risk Tkachuk further aggravating any injury, but knowing how careful this coaching staff are with regards to injury management, I think Tkachuk maybe inching closer to being as fully healthy as possible at this time of the season.

Adding Cousins just before the stretch run bodes well for this crew.

Very exciting news while the whole team is trending towards the right direction.

If we win our next game (or Det, and NYR lose a game) I'd rest Brady and Jensen for a couple of our remaining games, and anybody else that might need some maintenance days.

The reality is there will be injuries in the playoffs, so getting Gilbert, Crookshank and even Hamonic some game time in the final games to make sure they aren't too rusty is important.

Looked like a hit in the jaw. He might need to wear a helmet with face mask. Is there a rule about fighting with a helmet with facemask?

I thought it was a clip to the nose. His eyes were watering and they were checking to see if he was bleeding from the nose.

He is fine. I am sure they all felt it was a bad luck game for him. He hits a guy and gets a high stick, then get another one off the draw...get him out of there.

Brady definitely not feeling good.

The one guy we want healthy suffers his first serious injury right before the playoffs. That is horrible luck(or whatever you want to call it)

Only the scratched players skated today. Apparently everyone but Nick cousins on the ice.
Meaning he’s likely not feeling right.
Which would explain some things.
