losing culture breeds this.....obviously not injuries but why would guys look to get back into the lineup (outside of personal reasons like contract year), when they could milk a injury and not have to deal with a losing environment......its not fun going to the rink when you are a bad team and we wonder why the ducks have so many issues with injuries....if this team is winning and actually playing for something, guys would be doing everything they could to get back in the lineup....they players have full control in these situations (especially teams in California) and they don't want to be apart of losing.

I wanted to say maybe meniscus but the aftermath seemed too much for it to be something that small. Hell ya, Ill take that. 6 weeks is probably on the long side too

Our injured list is like a Ferris wheel... One guy is coming up, someone else is goin' down!
Congratulation to Zegras… he can get away from the negativity of Cronin and come back rejuvenated if Cronin is fired in a few months.
A quick recovery time for a meniscus surgery probably means that they've only done a little removal of tissue instead of a full repair. It's good temporarily, but very often leads to an arthritic knee later down the line.
I'm not sure this is as good as it sounds. Z might have significantly shortened his career.
