If I'm Klingberg and Colorado or Edmonton are on the table, I'm taking one of those 2 teams. Easy to pump up his point totals there and then sign somewhere else this offseason

He's obviously not beating Makar for PP1 though. Probably not Bouchard either in EDM but with the way Colorado plays he'd benefit a lot from it

I'm 100% on board with bringing back Klingberg. I convinced myself of it yesterday- so I'm stoked the Stars are in the mix. With some strategic deployment + PP time, he could be a success.

The top PP unit it shit, and DeBoer is refusing to try anything different. Maybe forcing his hand by giving him a guy only possibly useful on the PP might work.

I’m no insider but I was at the Stars morning skate yesterday in Toronto, and LeBrun was sitting with Nill the entire time. I’d imagine that’s what led LeBrun to post this article.

Trading Lyubushkin is a dumb idea and Bichsel isn't ready for the NHL. Dumba is a #7 at this point and was clearly a bad signing. Does PDB trust Nils enough to play him after game #82? If the answer is no, then Nill needs to replace him.

I'm fine with bringing Klinger back also. He'd help the power play and he always stepped his game up in the playoffs.

I also have no problem with Nelson. He can play any forward position, good on faceoffs and can put the puck in the net

Only way I'm OK with testing out Klingberg is at league-minimum so they can safely bury him if his mobility is completely gone and he's awful.

Calgary has won enough games to kill that.

Then you have almost the entire eastern conference thinking they are a good week of games away from securing a playoff spot. This looks to be quite the seller's market because of how few teams right now are looking to sell
