His issue has been health, right? I thought he was doing good when he was in. A team that loses out on Gibson might take him as a free asset (assuming he's a UFA after the year, I haven't checked his contract) and hope he's healthy by playoffs.
I'm tired of missing playoffs, unless the trade has a good chance of being a good piece in the future, I'd rather hang on to good players and Gibson has been good this year. This is unless Gibson really wants out. Trade Fabbri and Dumo, we have Colangelo and Minty/Zell as internal replacements. Maybe add a free #7 D that's a pending UFA.
