What could possibly beat an FPHL head coaching job in the "exciting new career opportunity" vein? :sarcasm:

The same Steve Shannon who of course was suspended by the UHL for over 20 games once for “allegedly” placing bounties on opposing players.

These FPHL Player Safety suspension reports are ... how should I put it ... down-to-Earth?
PLAYER SAFETY ANNOUNCES SUSPENSIONS FOR Week 1
October 13, 2024

From The FPHL Department of Player Safety

Binghamton, NY –
The FPHL Department of Player Safety today have announced the following suspensions follow the compl(e)tion of the league(')s first weekend of play including exhibition. ...

Monroe Mocassins Many Guns, SUSPENDED
Monroe forward Trygve Many Guns has been suspended for One Game as a result from his actions during FPHL Game No. 3 in Monroe, LA on Saturday, October 12th. FPHL Director of Player Safety Dave Jackson stated, "This is an aggressor. Mr. Many Guns opponent had zero initial interest in fighting after receiving a crosscheck. Mr. Many Guns took it upon himself to throw punches at his opponent's head that were designed to punish. His opponent was extremely lucky to have dodged the last roundhouse or this could have been an entirely different conversation. The fact that his opponent eventually defended himself has no bearing on the original actions. I appreciate how the officials took control early and assessed a differential to set the standard. Mr. Many Guns will be suspended ONE (1) Game for being the Aggressor" ...

Won't be long before we read: "FPHL Director of Player Safety Dave Jackson stated, 'That is an aggressor if I ever f-in' saw one. Dude put a beat-down on the other dude, like a UFC match between Jon Jones & that midget in Game of Thrones. His opponent was extremely lucky to have tripped on a bad spot in the ice as soon as his shift began. I appreciate how the officials took control early, after a quick rock-paper-scissors best-of-three to see which linesman would grab the dude on top. Dude will be suspended ONE (1) Game for being the Aggressor, giving him free time to get the fight video posted on his IG account then hit the bar with his teammates to brag about his victory' ..."
